Al Atwell was raised in South Georgia and later moved to South Atlanta, graduating from Riverdale High School. He enlisted in the Army as a young adult and honorably served his country. He is retired military today and decided to dedicate his life to studying and teaching the Word over the last 7 years.
Falisha was raised in Northeast Georgia and graduated from Jefferson High School. She went on to attend college at Georgia Southern University, then graduated from the University of Georgia. Falisha furthered her educational journey by also graduating from Georgia State University and the University of Georgia for a second time. Falisha currently works for a non-profit organization dedicated to blood and plasma donations and safe transfusions.
Al met Falisha in 2007 and they later tied the knot in 2009. Together they are proud parents of two daughters and one son who are graduates of Mill Creek High School, class of 2020, class of 2021, and class of 2023. The parents continue to mentor and shape the lives of their children as they chose professions and become independent adults.
In addition to mentoring their own children, the couple collaborated for the first time 2008 on a non-profit mentoring program called My Life. Al and Falisha first got involved in ministry together in 2010 serving in Video and Music ministries respectively. They dedicated time to ministry leadership and collaborated on many projects that blended both of their gifts. Today they continue utilizing their gifts and talents for the Most High Yah's kingdom.
